About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Blockchain Developer to join our growing Web3 team. In this role, you will be responsible for building secure, scalable, and high-performance blockchain solutions for NFT platforms, token-based ecosystems, smart contract integrations, and decentralized applications.
You will collaborate with designers, frontend developers, project managers, and blockchain architects to bring next-generation digital experiences to life. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with smart contracts, and innovating in the Web3 space — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity (ERC-721, ERC-1155, ERC-20).
  • Build blockchain-powered features for NFT platforms, marketplaces, and minting systems.
  • Integrate smart contracts with front-end applications using Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar tools.
  • Write clean, secure, gas-optimized code following industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX and frontend teams to deliver smooth Web3 user journeys.
  • Manage blockchain environments, testnets, and deployments (Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, etc.).
  • Review & audit smart contracts for security vulnerabilities and performance issues.
  • Assist with metadata, IPFS storage, and NFT standards.
  • Document technical processes, workflows, and architecture.
  • Troubleshoot blockchain-related issues and implement improvements.
  • Stay updated with emerging blockchain technologies, trends, and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, NFTs, and decentralized applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Solidity and Ethereum smart contract development.
  • Experience with ERC-721 / ERC-1155 NFT standards.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Web3.js, Ethers.js.
  • Familiarity with Node.js, backend APIs, and server-side logic.
  • Experience with IPFS, metadata creation, and decentralized storage solutions.
  • Knowledge of blockchain security principles and smart contract optimization.
  • Understanding of test networks (Goerli, Sepolia), Hardhat, Truffle, or Foundry.
  • Ability to work with Git, version control, and code review processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Layer-2 networks: Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism.
  • Knowledge of Rust for Solana development.
  • Experience with DeFi, staking, liquidity pools.
  • Familiarity with 3D/NFT metadata standards.
  • Exposure to Web3 authentication and wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect).
  • Experience contributing to open-source blockchain projects.
